What I Ate Wednesday…

My fall back breakfast whenever the husband isn’t home on the weekends, blueberry pancakes from a box (just add water) and scrambled eggs with cheese, plus some cantaloupe.

On Sunday I destroyed my pancakes so I ended up with just eggs.
Dinner both Saturday and Sunday were guacamole burgers and chicken salad. Left overs rock!

Tilapia with bread crumbs and Parmesan, carrots and I forgot to take a picture of the artichokes.

So those are a few of the things I ate this week. As for fitness.. does cleaning the house count? I guess not, I have been seriously slacking on the fitness part but no worries, I will be back on track in no time!
